Identify gaps and guide/train production personals regarding use of mechanical parts and make sure all rotating and bearing parts must be greased by maintenance supervisor. 8. Make analysis report that which parts wear tear is more and which need to buy for stock so that during machine breakdown in minimum time machines can be operational. 9. Submit daily work progress to HOD 10. Perform predictive maintenance for all machines at least once in quarter.
