Job Description
• Perform internal audit procedures and activities assigned by the seniors and conduct the execution phase as directed by the senior staff. • Perform cash counts and stock takes as and when assigned by seniors. • Visit branches / offices / locations as instructed by the senior for audit purposes. • Perform vouching, verifications and data entry as instructed by seniors. • Compile workings and findings noted during the field work as instructed by seniors. • Resolve any issues identified in the working or procedures by the senior on review. • Make progress status report as required by the senior on the assignment undergoing. • Maintain audit reports and proper file system of every audit performed with Audit report at the top and referenced working underneath. The files must be properly tagged. • Meet deadlines and provide report as per the timeline provided by the Assistant Manager Internal Audit. • Undertake work responsibility (errors during audit fieldwork), commitment to work and willingness to improve personal skills and qualifications. • Observe all the disciplinary requirements and policies & procedures implemented by the company. • Perform workings and obtain details, supporting documents regarding the areas assigned by the senior. • Any other task assigned by senior team members.
